We are pleased to say that we do offer a Returns Policy. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges of products which have not been used, worn or tampered with, within 30 days of purchase. You will just be responsible for return courier charge. We do not get a lot of return requests, as we offer high quality hair extensions.

Unlike most hair extensions Sellers in South Africa, we are so confident with the quality of our hair extensions that we allow you to open your hair extensions packaging and fully inspect them to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you decide if you want to keep your hair extensions. However, we will not accept the return or exchange of any hair extensions that have been worn or damaged in any way.

Also, if any hair products (e.g. hair spay, dye, conditioner, etc.) are placed on them or if they are styled or heat-treated in any way, they will not qualify for an exchange or refund. The hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to determine if the hair extensions have been worn, and if this is the case, they will have to be returned to you without a refund for health and legal reasons.

Instead of having to fill in a boring paper based returns form, you can now log into NiceHair Returns Management Center and complete the returns form online. Please see our Returns Policy for complete instructions on how to return your purchased item.

In order to initiate a return or exchange, please go to our into NiceHair Returns Management Center, look up your order details and file a claim. All steps must be followed and if they are not followed we cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted at our warehouse. NiceHair is not responsible for lost packages and we would advise sending all returns back with a tracking number.

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once you initiate your return or exchange you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with returning your item to our warehouse.

By law human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and we at NiceHair we take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. With that said for the safety of all our customers we do not allow any used hair extensions to be returned.

We will send your exchange once your return has been fully inspected and confirmed that your return follows all the item requirements of our Returns Policy.

For extensions once they have been received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not used or in any way tampered with or altered from its original state or packaging we will then be able to send out the desired hair extension set.

You will receive a notification once your return has been initialized if your return meets all the requirements of our Refunds Policy

Please note that processing time for refunds varies depending on your Bank. It can take 3-5 business days for your Bank to reflect the refund on your statement.

A refund, excluding the initial shipping cost and restocking fee will be issued to your original method of payment if your return meets all the requirements of our Refunds Policy

NiceHair does not take responsibility for products that are sent to us unregistered. NiceHair does not offer refunds for items sent without a tracking number. Please sent your return parcel registered with a tracking to ensure it does not get lost in transit.

To cancel an order you must contact customer support by email admin@nicehair.co.za before it has been posted. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been dispatched. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund.

No, you have to contact us regarding returns, so that we may supply you with the correct return shipping address and track your refund.. Our warehouse facility will not accept returns unless you use our NiceHair Returns Management Systemand complete the returns form online.

NiceHair uses PayFast to process Credit Card payments online.In addition, PayFast also enables you to do an instant bank transfer (EFT) as well as pay via MibiCred.

You can also do an EFT directly to our Standard Bank or FNB Account as well as an eWallet to our mobile phone number 060 420 4209.
